Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rental of vehicles provided by JustRent in Yerevan, Armenia. By renting a vehicle, you agree to comply with these terms.

Rental Requirements

• The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license issued at least one year prior to the rental date.
• A valid passport is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
• A security deposit is required, which will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.

Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Extensions must be agreed upon in advance. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, or towing without prior consent.
• Smoking and transporting pets are prohibited unless otherwise agreed.
• The vehicle must remain within the agreed geographical boundaries unless cross-border travel is approved.

Insurance

Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage (e.g., glass and wheels, supercover) is available at an extra cost. The renter is responsible for damages not covered by insurance.

Payment and Cancellation

• Payment is due at the time of booking or vehicle pickup.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a fee.
• Refunds for early returns are subject to the rental agreement.

Liability

The renter is liable for any traffic violations, parking fines, or damages incurred during the rental period. JustRent is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
