General Provisions

This Vehicle Rental Agreement is concluded between the Renter and JUST COMPANY LLC (Lessor). The Lessor provides the Renter with the vehicle (Vehicle) for temporary possession and use for a fee. The Agreement is considered accepted from the moment of signing, payment or booking. These terms are supplemented by the Rental Rules published on www.JustRent.am (integral part of the Agreement). The Renter confirms that he/she has read all essential terms and rates before signing. Included in the price: unlimited mileage, free delivery & pick-up within Yerevan, free cancellation 24 hours before rental start.

Rental Requirements

• For identification, the Lessor may request copies of passport, driving license and a selfie of the Renter. Refusal = denial of rental.
• Vehicle is handed over and returned according to the Acceptance-Delivery Certificate signed by both parties.
• All existing defects are recorded in the Certificate and/or by photo/video at pick-up.
• Vehicle must be returned in the same technical and visual condition (normal wear accepted), with the same fuel level, all documents, keys and accessories.
• Return via key-box is allowed with mandatory full 360° photo/video recording (exterior & interior, including dashboard and odometer).

Rental Period

The rental period is specified in the Agreement and starts from the moment the Acceptance-Delivery Certificate is signed. Extension is possible only with the Lessor’s prior consent. Delay in return exceeding 120 minutes is automatically considered an additional full day and charged at the daily rate. Return without consent is not regarded as an extension and triggers penalties.

Vehicle Usage

The vehicle may be used only within the Republic of Armenia. Travel to Georgia is permitted only after prior coordination (minimum 24 hours in advance) and payment of 40,000 AMD.

Strictly prohibited:

• commercial use (taxi, delivery, etc.) – fine 300,000 AMD;
• sub-rental or transfer to third parties – fine 250,000 AMD;
• driving under the influence of alcohol/narcotics/toxins;
• leaving Armenia without written permission;
• off-road driving, racing, towing, self-repair or modifications;
• using incorrect fuel or refuelling at uncertified stations.
• Smoking and transport of pets are prohibited unless otherwise stated.

Any violation voids insurance – the Renter bears full financial liability.

Insurance

• Basic LDW insurance (liability reduction) is included in the rental price. If the Renter is not at fault in an accident and all details of the guilty party are known, coverage is provided up to 1,800,000 AMD. If the Renter is at fault, liability is limited to 500,000 AMD depending on the vehicle class. Towing costs are covered within the insurance limit, while any amount exceeding the limit is paid by the Renter.
• Additional paid options are available: Top Cover LDW increases the insurance limit to 3,000,000 AMD with a deductible of 250,000 AMD.
• Super Top Cover LDW provides a full liability waiver (0 AMD) except for damage to tires and glass.
• GT (Tires & Glass coverage) removes the deductible completely (0 AMD) for tires, windshield and all side/rear glass.

In case of any breach of the Agreement — such as driving under the influence, transfer of the vehicle to third parties, off-road use, or leaving Armenia without permission — all insurance coverage is cancelled and the Renter becomes fully liable for the entire cost of repair or replacement.

Payment and Cancellation

• Payment is made in full (100%) in Armenian Drams (AMD) at the time of booking. A security deposit is blocked on the Renter’s bank card via pre-authorisation.
• The Lessor reserves the right to charge the linked card without prior notice for any amounts, including rental fees, additional services, fuel (650 AMD per litre), cleaning, traffic fines plus a 500 AMD administrative fee, damage, penalties, etc., even after the rental period has ended.
• The deposit is refunded within 30 calendar days after the vehicle has been returned, inspected and no claims are found. In case of late payment, a penalty of 0.2% per day of the overdue amount applies. Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the rental start time.

Liability

The Renter bears full financial liability in case of: breach of usage rules and prohibitions, driving under the influence, transfer to third parties, leaving the permitted territory, failure to report accident/theft, late return.

Main fixed fines:

• interior cleaning – 25,000 AMD;
• tire puncture repair – 6,000 AMD;
• loss of wheel cap – 25,000 AMD;
• loss of registration certificate – 25,000 AMD;
• loss of license plate – 100,000 AMD;
• late return – 80,000 AMD + 40,000 AMD per day;
• loss of airport parking ticket – 20,000 AMD, etc..
• Animal transportation from – 25,000 AMD.

The Lessor may repossess the vehicle at the Renter’s expense, engage lawyers and recover legal costs (minimum 350,000 AMD), and re-register traffic fines to the Renter.
